1. These T&Cs apply to the "£399 Comprehensive Dental" Promotion (the "Promotion").
2. The Promotion is available at participating vet practices only.
3. This Promotion begins on 23/09/2024 at midnight, runs for 6 weeks and ends on 03/11/2024 at midnight (the "Promotion Period").
4. This Promotion only applies to dogs and cats over the age of 1 year old, who are healthy enough to undergo a general anaesthetic and dental treatment as determined by the vet.
5. This Promotion applies to selected dental treatments which includes:
- visual assessment (an examination of your pet's mouth, teeth, and gums to identify any dental issues)
- dental cleaning (scale and polish) under general anaesthetic
- peri-operative fluid therapy
6. As an additional benefit, for a limited time during the Promotion Period, complimentary dental x-rays will be included at no extra cost. To take up the complementary x-ray offer (the "X-Ray Offer"), customers must contact their clinic to book x-rays between 23/09/2024 and 03/11/2024 for an x-ray appointment to be attended between 23/09/2024 and 03/02/2025. Only customers that qualify for the Promotion will be eligible for the X-Ray Offer. Appointments subject to availability. X-Ray Offer entitles customer to one set of x-rays only, any follow-up or treatment is excluded
7. This Promotion excludes:
- blood tests
- any other diagnostic tests
- intravenous drip
- any dispensed medication
- further recommended dental treatment including extractions
8. This Promotion also excludes the treatment of any unexpected complications that occur during the planned treatment. These will be charged at an additional cost (if required) as determined by the vet.
9. The Promotion is open to new, past, and existing clients.
10. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion including Pet Health Club member discount.
11. Price for selected dental treatments listed above for CAT WAS £410 from 01/09/2023 to 04/08/2024 and £438.50 from 05/08/2024 to 22/09/2024. Price for selected dental treatments listed above for DOG WAS £494 from 01/09/2023 to 04/08/2024 and £515.50 from 05/08/2024 to 22/09/2024. Price for selected dental treatments listed above for CAT and DOG NOW is £399 FROM 23/09/2024 to 03/11/2024.
12. All dental appointments made using this Promotion must be completed within three months of the Promotion Period end date.
13. To redeem the Promotion, you must call the practice directly or book at reception. Promotion is subject to appointment availability.
14. We reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time.
15. We reserve in all respects the right to discontinue, at any time, for any reason and without notice this Promotion.
