Sue Bernardini

Sue graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2004 and has worked in small animal general practice ever since. Having grown up locally, she has continued to work in the area throughout her career. Sue has a special interest in ophthalmology, ultrasonography, and caring for geriatric patients, and is also an external examiner for veterinary undergraduate interviews.

At home, Sue has a Border Terrier, Darcey; a Whippet, Bella; two cats, Peppa and Mittens; and her daughter's Welsh pony, Lou Lou. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and hiking, and regularly volunteers abroad on wildlife and animal welfare projects, including rabies vaccination, neutering and education programmes, wildlife rehabilitation, and marine conservation.
